3. Client Responsibilities

Provide safe and lawful access to the property for the agreed dates and times.

Advise us of any hazards, restrictions, or sensitive areas on the property.

Obtain any necessary permissions from neighbours or relevant authorities if operations may affect adjoining properties.
4. Licensing & Compliance
We are fully licensed, insured, and comply with all relevant firearm, animal welfare, and pest control legislation. All activities are conducted ethically and with due regard for safety.
Safety is our top priority. Our team will follow strict safety protocols at all times. We reserve the right to cease operations if unsafe conditions arise, without liability for delays or incomplete work caused by such circumstances.
6. Payment Terms

All costs will be outlined in a written quote prior to commencing work.

A deposit may be required to secure the booking.

Payment is due within 5 days of the invoice unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Late payments may incur fees.
7. Cancellations & Rescheduling

​​Cancellations made more than 7 days before the scheduled service will not incur a fee.

Cancellations within 2 days may result in forfeiture of deposit or a cancellation fee.

Rescheduling is subject to availability.
8. Weather & Unforeseen Circumstances
​In the event of severe weather or unforeseen circumstances (e.g., fire bans, flooding, illness), we reserve the right to postpone services. We will work with you to arrange a new date as soon as possible.
9. Liability
We will take all reasonable care during operations; however, we are not liable for:

Incidental damage to terrain, vegetation, or infrastructure resulting from necessary access or shooting operations.

Losses caused by factors beyond our control, such as pest re-infestation from surrounding areas.
10. Reporting & Confidentiality
We will provide a report after services are completed (as per your package). Any personal or property details will remain confidential and will not be shared without your consent, except where required by law.
